Customers stores your customers and resellers, with company, contact, address, billing and notes. A reseller can be granted reserved prices on products. The customer detail has Orders, Licenses and Contacts tabs. The Customers list is pictured in Working with Records.

Products holds what you license: code, name, price and currency, publisher information and the signature key used for its licenses. A product detail lists its orders and its releases. A release records a version of the product with its name, version, date and description, the assemblies that make it up (name, version, culture and public key token) and its license templates. When the XML map files of the obfuscated release assemblies are stored in the service, Babel Desktop uses them to decode the stack traces of exception reports sent by that release.

Orders tracks purchases with customer, status, payment and fulfilment information. On the order detail, the Products tab adds, updates and removes the ordered products, and the Licenses tab lists the licenses issued for the order. Order totals are recorded values: the dashboard reports them as recorded, not as recognized revenue.
