POST /v1/license-traces/geolocation
Resolves where the named traces’ client addresses are and stores the answers.
The lookup happens here, with the geolocation service this deployment is configured with
(GeoLocationService in the application settings): the caller never needs a provider
of its own, and no credential travels. The route sets GeoLocation and can touch
nothing else, so a write path opened for a convenience cannot become a way to edit a trace.
Given no ids, it takes the oldest traces that still have an address and no location.
